At Canberra Regional Firewood, we take pride in delivering quality mixed hardwood and firewood products across Canberra, the ACT and Queanbeyan. As a local family-owned business, we aim to be fair, transparent and easy to deal with.

Order Cancellations (Before Delivery)

If you need to cancel your order, we’re happy to help where possible. Refunds can be provided for cancelled orders as long as the order has not been dispatched or delivered.

  • Cancel early: Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule.
  • Refund method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
  • Timeframes: Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.

No Returns or Refunds After Delivery

Due to the nature of firewood as a consumable product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered. This policy helps protect the quality and safety of all products we supply.

Firewood cannot be re-sold after delivery because we cannot guarantee how it has been stored or handled once it has left our control (for example, exposure to weather, contamination, pests, or moisture). For this reason, delivered firewood is considered a final sale.

If There’s an Issue With Your Delivery

If something isn’t right, we want to know about it. If you believe there is a problem with your order (for example an incorrect item or delivery issue), please contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.

  • Please provide your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  • If relevant, include photos so we can investigate quickly.
  • We may offer a resolution such as a replacement or correction where appropriate.
